Data Storage

All data is stored in encrypted, password-protected systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel involved in your service delivery.

Data Retention

Legal documents and consent forms: 7 years
EEG data and reports: 5 years
Contact information: retained until deletion is requested

Data Access

Only authorized EEG Paradox Solutions personnel and, where explicitly authorized by the client, designated clinicians will have access to client data.

Your Rights

Right to access your data
Right to request correction of inaccurate data
Right to request deletion of your data
Right to data portability (receive your data in a standard format)

Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of discovery.
