EEG Paradox Solutions provides non-medical EEG data acquisition, quantitative processing, informational reporting, and neurofeedback training services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

User Responsibilities

Follow session preparation guidelines
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
Complete required consent and intake forms before service
Understand that services are informational and non-diagnostic

Limitation of Liability

EEG Paradox Solutions shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on informational reports, data, or observations provided. All clinical decisions are the responsibility of the client and their licensed healthcare provider.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
